Frederick B. Farmer

A graduate of Baker University and the University of Missouri at Kansas City Law School, Fred Farmer joined the Olathe firm of Lowe, Lowe and Lowe in 1972.

Mr. Farmer practices in the areas of banking, residential/commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, commercial and business planning, estate planning and civil litigation.

As a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, he served over ten years as chairman of the fee dispute committee.  He also served Johnson County as a member of the Civil Service Commission.

He was elected president of the real estate, probate and trust section (the largest section) of the Kansas Bar Association.   He has led seminars on banking, mortgage and real estate matters for the Kansas Bar, lawyers and the title insurance industry.  Elected as a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, Farmer is one of only 10 Kansas lawyers to be so honored.

Farmer has been an active member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association since 1972.
