Frank H. Jenkins, Jr.

Frank H. Jenkins, Jr. has practiced law since graduating from the University of Kansas Law School in 1971.  His primary areas of practice are in real estate, zoning, land use, eminent domain proceedings, and municipal law, including representing governmental entities and businesses relating to lease-purchase agreements, industrial revenue bonds, certificates of participation, and construction contracts.  Mr. Jenkins also holds an advanced degree, L.L.M., Urban Affairs, from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Mr. Jenkins’ professional experience has consisted of serving as City Attorney for the City of Olathe, Kansas (1975-78); City Attorney for the City of Lenexa, Kansas (1979-83); City Attorney for the City of Spring Hill, Kansas (1986-present); Special Counsel to Johnson County, Kansas; Assistant Miami County Attorney; and Assistant District Attorney, Wichita, Kansas.
